Through child abuse prevention, school readiness, family support and education services, we help children and parents succeed in their families, schools and workplaces. The Wichita Children’s Home is a non-profit organization that offers the only emergency, temporary, and residential care for children in our community. We are open 24/7 and rely on community support to continue to meet the needs of and ensure the safety of children in need.

The Episcopal Diocese of Kansas includes more than 8,500 members in 44 congregations, as well as two social service agencies. The diocese covers the eastern 40 percent of the state of Kansas, extending as far west as Abilene and Wichita. It also includes the cities of Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan and the entire Kansas City metropolitan area on the Kansas side of the state line.
